Where is my account????
Several customers contacted me, asking how to log in into their old account. So here is the bad news... You can't.
When I moved into the new shop system I could not move the customer base. In other words, we have to start from scratch!
No worries, the old data is not lost. I still have full access about previous purchases and if you need that information (to avoid double purchases), please contact me via email. I am happy to help. Of course this also works for lost pdf.
And as it is... we forgot to switch a little button to activate the option of creating an account in the new shop. This problem is solved and ... tadah... you can create an account now.
Either in the checkout, or, on your computer in the top right corner next to the shopping bag, or, on your smartphone, click on the drop down menue (the three lines in the top left corner) and you can find the option there.
Sorry for the inconveniences that this move created for some of you. I will make that up for you ;-) Promised!
