This star has a rather solid center with a bezeled rivoli in the center and is surrounded by delicate shaped arcs. The ornament is double sided with slightly different colors. It has a diameter of 10cm. The pattern does not require complicated 3D stitches but it contains variations of RAW and I recommend that you should be familiar with this stitch.
